Shipping Policy
Last updated 17 May 2026
Overview
This Shipping Policy explains how Nepal Harvest arranges delivery and pickup for orders placed on our website. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Delivery information page (for schedules, suburbs, and postcodes), and our Refund Policy. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Service area
We deliver locally to Nelson Bay, Salamander Bay, Shoal Bay, Fingal Bay and Corlette. Your suburb and postcode must match our approved delivery list at checkout. If you are outside these suburbs, you can still order using Click & Collect from our Nelson Bay store. Check the Delivery information page or contact us before ordering.
Delivery fees & hours
Free local delivery on orders of $70.00 or more. A $6.99 delivery fee applies to orders under $70.00. Click & Collect is free. Store and delivery hours are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Fulfilment
- We may contact you to confirm address, collection, or timing.
- Please ensure your phone number and order details are correct.
- Public holidays, weather, order volume, or stock shortages may affect delivery timing.
Delivery fees
Delivery is free on orders with a subtotal of $70.00 or more (before delivery fee). Below that threshold, a delivery fee applies at checkout. Fees and thresholds may change; the amount shown at checkout is what applies to your order.
Pickup
Pickup may be offered at checkout or by arrangement. Pickup location and times will be confirmed when your order is ready. You are responsible for collecting within the agreed window unless we agree otherwise.
Risk & title
Risk in goods passes to you when they are delivered to your address or collected by you (or your authorised representative), unless otherwise required by law. Title passes when we receive full payment for the goods, subject to any security interest we may have.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect items
If goods arrive damaged, are missing, or do not match what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order details and, where possible, photos. Remedies under the Australian Consumer Law may include repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances โ see our Refund Policy.
